Refund policy
This policy applies when you have paid kitchenholy for a product or service. Reading the blog and using free tools is free — no refund applies there. Requests: Contact us with your order reference.
1) General approach
We handle refunds in line with applicable consumer law and the terms shown at checkout. Digital goods and subscriptions may have different rules from physical goods (if we ever sell them).
2) How to request a refund
Email or use the contact form with: your name, date of purchase, payment method reference, and reason for the request. We may ask for proof of purchase.
3) Processing time
We acknowledge complete requests within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible; banks and card issuers may add their own delay.
4) When we may refuse or reduce a refund
Examples include fraud or chargeback abuse, breach of our terms, inability to verify the transaction, or — for digital content — where you have already received and retained the full benefit and the law does not require a refund.
