Terms of sale
Most of kitchenholy is free to read. These terms apply when we offer a paid product or service (for example a digital download, paid newsletter tier, or event ticket). Commercial questions: Contact us.
1) Scope
If no paid offer is active, this page sets default rules for any future purchase. Specific offers may add their own description, price, and duration on the checkout or product page — those details prevail if they conflict with this summary.
2) Ordering and contract
A contract is formed when we confirm your order (by email or on-screen) and payment is authorised. You must provide accurate billing and contact details.
3) Price and payment
Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout, including applicable taxes where we collect them. Payment is via the methods we display. Access to digital goods is granted after successful payment unless we say otherwise.
4) Digital delivery
Digital products (files, links, or account access) are delivered by email or through the site. You are responsible for keeping your login secure if an account is required.
5) Your obligations
You agree not to resell or redistribute paid content without permission, not to share login credentials beyond your household where the offer allows family use, and to use purchases lawfully.
6) Support
We provide reasonable help with access and technical issues via the contact form or email we publish for support. Response times are best-effort, not guaranteed SLAs unless a separate agreement says so.
7) Cancellation and refunds
Statutory rights for consumers in your country may apply to digital content and subscriptions. See also our refund policy. Where the law gives a cooling-off period for digital goods, you may lose it if you agree to immediate delivery before the period ends — we will make that clear at purchase if relevant.
8) Liability
We provide content and tools on an “as is” basis. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
